Individual Camp
Take a break from the humidity and summer heat and head to the North Carolina Mountains for one of our weeks of competitive soccer camp under the direction of Appalachian Women's Soccer head coach, Ben Popoola. Campers will get the true "Championship Experience" of Appalachian Athletics during their stay on Appalachian State's picturesque campus. They will receive instruction from some of the top coaches in the Southeast in a fast paced dynamic and fun training environment which includes:
- Technical Training Sessions in the Morning
- Small-Sided Tournament Competition in the Afternoons with Tactical Focus
- Full-Sided Night Games.
There will be plenty of opportunities to get to know and train with Appalachian State Women's soccer players during the camps to get a realistic understanding of what it takes to be a college player. Whether you are just trying to improve your technical and tactical knowledge, get a head start on your fall season training, or your team is looking for a great pre-season tune-up , our camps are designed to meet your needs.
