The Largest Wrestling School in the USA


The South's oldest and world's largest wrestling school will sponsor four sessions of wrestling instruction at Appalachian State University this summer. The wrestling school strives to improve the wrestling techniques of all, beginner or experienced wrestlers. With facilities including 12 separate mat areas on 35 mats, we are able to offer individual instruction in all phases of interscholastic wrestling.

Located in The Appalachian Mountains in Boone, NC. Over 2,000 Wrestlers and Coaches attended last year!!!

Eligibility

  • Open to wrestlers 10 years of age to rising seniors.
  • graduates may attend for instruction or to help coach, but cannot wrestle in matches.
Team discounts are available before June 1.
